I've been staying at this wonderful lodge in Bulawayo for over fourteen years, and it just keeps getting better. The front desk staff's personal touch and great conversation made me feel right at home. The room was fantastic, with plenty of space and a comfortable bed. The tea and cake provided a delightful afternoon treat, and the facilities were impeccable. The superb breakfast was the perfect start to each day, and the staff even helped me find the nearest bus stop. I can't recommend this hotel enough, it truly is one of the best in town. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the city. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was delicious.

There was a constant noise coming from the nearby area, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. This was the main drawback of my stay at the hotel.

I always return to my favorite place in Bulawayo. The staff even helped me return my forgotten sim cards. Parrot Lodge has everything I need like free Wi-Fi, parking, a restaurant, and a jacuzzi. I can't wait to come back for my holiday!
